Janus Henderson Investors has appointed Mia Söderberg as Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) for Emerging Markets Debt, jumping from Munich Re.
She will represent the asset manager's EM Debt strategies to clients, consultants, and key distribution partners globally operating from Copenhagen, and report to Kareena Moledina, Lead Client Portfolio Manager EMEA.
The Janus EMD franchise manages more than $3 billion, after building up significant capacity in recent years to meet client interest in the asset class.
At Munich Re, Ms. Söderberg served as Senior Manager for Asset Manager Selection for the insurer's investment management arm, prior to which she was Senior Portfolio Manager in Manager Selection at Nykredit AM and Head of Fund Selection at IKC Capital.
